Priyanka Chopra, the global superstar, remains deeply rooted in her Indian heritage when it comes to skincare. Recent revelations from her mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, have shed light on the actress’s beauty routine, showcasing her commitment to traditional practices.
In a video shared on Instagram during a recent event, Madhu Chopra discussed Priyanka’s skincare habits, emphasizing her use of ubtan and hair oiling—rituals she has followed since childhood. “She never had breakouts because her skincare regime included oiling her hair and using ubtan on her face, along with multivitamins,” Madhu explained.
Madhu also acknowledged the challenges Priyanka faces due to extensive travel, which can impact her skin. “She has ups and downs with her skin, especially after 16–20 hour flights,” she noted. When asked about the incorporation of Indian remedies, Madhu affirmed, “All of it. Kachi malai, sugar scrub, rice water mask—you name it, she does it.”
Alongside the video, Madhu shared a heartfelt caption celebrating Priyanka’s dedication to her skincare routine. She noted the actress’s blend of traditional DIY remedies with modern skincare products, ensuring her skin stays radiant despite her busy schedule.
