Bollywood’s rising star, Triptii Dimri, has landed herself in hot water after skipping a highly anticipated FICCI FLO event in Jaipur. The event, organized by female entrepreneurs, saw a last-minute cancellation by Dimri, leaving the hosts furious and vowing to boycott the actress. A group of women, who were eager to have her grace the occasion, were vocal about their disappointment, some even exclaiming, “Koi janta bhi nahi iska naam!”

Triptii, who has recently gained immense popularity after her roles in Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, and Bad Newz, has been at the center of attention. However, this time, it’s not for her on-screen performances but her sudden no-show. Sources claim that Dimri’s team accepted a hefty sum of Rs 5 lakh for her appearance at the event. Now, with her backing out, many are calling her actions “unprofessional” and “disrespectful” to the organizers, sparking a strong reaction on social media.

In a video that’s making the rounds online, frustrated attendees are heard expressing their anger, with one woman remarking, “Itta attitude kyun bhala?”—criticizing the starlet for canceling last minute. The hashtag #BoycottTriptiiDimri has already started trending, with some Jaipur residents even pointing out that she’s “not a big enough star to pull such stunts.”

Supporters of Dimri, however, have come to her defense, suggesting that there might have been an emergency, while others are not as forgiving, questioning if such behavior should be tolerated, no matter the reason.

As the controversy swirls, this fiasco has surely cast a shadow over Dimri’s burgeoning career, especially as she gears up for the release of Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, a film that explores a couple’s intimate video going viral. Will this boycott impact her next big release? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure—Triptii Dimri has made headlines, and not for the right reasons!
