In a shocking turn of events, the Mumbai Police arrested a lawyer from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in connection with the recent death threat issued against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The threat, which came last week to Bandra Police Station, demanded ₹50 lakh and warned of serious harm to the actor. The case was immediately registered under sections related to extortion and criminal intimidation.

The police traced the call back to a phone number registered in the name of Faizan Khan, a lawyer based in Raipur. Despite being summoned, Faizan Khan failed to appear before the authorities, prompting the police to visit Raipur and arrest him.

Faizan Khan claimed that his phone was stolen on November 2, and he had filed a complaint about the theft at the Khamardih police station. He further explained that the threat call made from his number was part of a “conspiracy” against him. Faizan suggested that the call was fabricated by someone else using his stolen phone, and even denied any involvement.

In an unexpected twist, Faizan also revealed that he had previously lodged a complaint against Shah Rukh Khan over a controversial dialogue from the actor’s 1994 film Anjaam, in which the actor made a reference to deer hunting. Faizan, who hails from Rajasthan, expressed his objection to the dialogue, citing his friendship with the Bishnoi community, who are known for their religious commitment to protecting deer.

The drama surrounding this case continues to unfold, with many now questioning whether the incident is a result of personal animosity or a deeper conspiracy. Faizan’s claims of being framed have added fuel to an already complex situation, and the authorities are continuing to investigate the matter.

As the story develops, fans and critics alike are eagerly awaiting further updates on the case involving the King of Bollywood.
