Bollywood’s biggest comedy franchise is back, and this time with a thrilling twist! On the 15th anniversary of the original Housefull (2010), the makers of Housefull 5 released the official teaser of the highly anticipated Akshay Kumar-led comic caper — and it’s already making waves across the internet.
The 1-minute, 16-second teaser opens with the extravagant visuals of a luxury cruise, hinting at the film’s primary setting. Guests are seen dancing and partying aboard the ship, setting the tone for another laugh riot. However, the teaser takes a surprising turn, revealing a masked killer in a style reminiscent of Squid Game, suggesting that this installment blends comedy with a murder mystery twist.
Returning to lead the chaos is Akshay Kumar, joined once again by franchise regulars Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan. The film boasts a colossal ensemble cast including Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Chitrangda Singh, Dino Morea, Chunky Panday, Johny Lever, Nikitin Dheer, Soundarya Sharma, Ranjeet, Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, and Nana Patekar.

Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner, Housefull 5 is set to hit theatres on June 6, 2025.
