Nani’s latest release, HIT: The Third Case (HIT 3), has made a significant impact at the box office, grossing approximately ₹62 crore over its first six days. The film opened on May 1, 2025, with a robust ₹21 crore on Day 1, followed by ₹12.5 crore on Friday, ₹12 crore on Saturday, and ₹11.5 crore on Sunday. However, Monday saw a decline to ₹5 crore, with Tuesday’s earnings expected to be around ₹4 crore. Despite this dip, the film has maintained a strong presence, especially considering the extended weekend.

In HIT 3, Nani steps into the role of SP Arjun Sarkaar, a character that marks a departure from his usual soft-spoken roles. Portrayed as a ruthless and intense police officer, Arjun employs extreme methods to infiltrate a dangerous gang, showcasing Nani’s versatility and depth as an actor. The film’s direction by Sailesh Kolanu, combined with high production values, has been praised for delivering a gripping thriller.

Looking ahead, HIT 3 faces stiff competition this coming weekend with the release of two major films: #Single, a romantic comedy starring Sree Vishnu, and Subham, a horror-comedy produced by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Both films are expected to vie for attention in the Telugu film market, potentially impacting HIT 3‘s box office performance.

Despite the upcoming competition, HIT 3 has established itself as a formidable presence in the Telugu film industry. With Nani’s compelling performance and the film’s engaging narrative, it continues to draw audiences, solidifying its position as one of the year’s standout releases.
