Actress Nikki Tamboli, who has been in the limelight since her appearance on Bigg Boss Marathi 5, recently opened up in an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla about her relationship with Arbaz Patel, clearing the air on persistent rumors and past controversies.
The couple, who became fan favorites during their reality TV stint, have continued to make headlines even after the show. Addressing one of the most talked-about controversies — a claim made by Arbaz’s ex-girlfriend that she was pregnant with his child — Nikki shared how they chose to face the situation with trust and clarity.
“The controversy was so bad. He was with a girl in the past, and she destroyed him,” Nikki said, visibly emotional. “There were fake news that the lady is pregnant. Who accuses like that?” she questioned.
In the candid chat, Nikki emphasized that love should be based on honesty and mutual respect. “If you love somebody and he doesn’t want to be with you, you won’t say such things. That’s not love — that’s obsession and possessiveness.”
