Actor Vikrant Massey is set to take on the powerful role of spiritual leader Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in the upcoming international film White. Directed by renowned ad filmmaker Montoo Bassi, the film is being produced by Siddharth Anand (Marflix Pictures) and Mahaveer Jain (Mahaveer Jain Films), with support from Peacecraft Pictures. The project is set to begin filming in July 2025 and is eyeing a global release in 2026.

White is inspired by a remarkable true story—Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s role in mediating peace during Colombia’s 52-year civil war. Blending elements of an international thriller with a deeply human narrative, the film aims to highlight how ancient Indian wisdom played a critical role in resolving one of the longest-running conflicts in modern history.

Vikrant Massey, known for his powerful performances in films like 12th Fail and Chhapaak, is undergoing a complete transformation for the role. He has reportedly met with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to study his body language and philosophy, as part of his intense preparation for the film. The makers also plan to bring in an international cast and crew from Los Angeles to ensure global authenticity.

The film will be released in Hindi, English, and Spanish, with additional international dubs in the pipeline. Positioned as a global cinematic experience, White is being designed to reach audiences across borders, celebrating the universal themes of peace and humanity.

With White and Nagzilla scheduled for production this year, Mahaveer Jain Films is making a strong international push, while Siddharth Anand continues to expand his creative empire with projects like the Shah Rukh Khan-led King. White promises to be a landmark film, offering a unique lens into a story of global relevance and spiritual resilience.
